Jailyn Norris commits. . .

Homewood-Flossmoor - 5'10" junior guard Jailyn Norris gave an oral commitment to Memphis on Tuesday, Hoops Express coach Jerald Davis said.

Norris, a 5-foot-10 guard, picked Memphis over Illinois State and Loyola. She also was considering Missouri, West Virginia, Southern Illinois and Ball State.

Norris is averaging 13.8 points for the No. 15 Vikings.
